New Corporate Identity for Work and Meeting Spaces

For Allianz, we developed a comprehensive renovation proposal for corporate offices, social areas, and amenities, focused on creating new spaces for connection, collaboration, and employee well-being.

The project centered on the creation of a new Town Hall: a flexible and dynamic environment where employees could gather, take part in internal activities, attend presentations, hold informal meetings, and enjoy after-office moments within the company.

The intervention also included a spatial rebranding strategy, defining a new palette of materials, colors, and finishes to bring greater quality, warmth, and visual coherence to the future development of the offices.

The result is a renewed, functional, and elegant corporate environment designed to enhance the daily experience of the people who use the offices and to encourage new ways of connecting within the organization.
