Monte Carmelo – Caribbean Medical Center
Monte Carmelo was conceived as a large-scale mixed-use healthcare development in Margarita Island, bringing together clinical care, medical offices, specialized retail, wellness, and convention facilities within a single architectural vision. Located in Porlamar, the project was designed as a contemporary and efficient destination that enhances the healthcare experience through an integrated, urban-scale approach.
More than a medical building, Monte Carmelo was envisioned as a complete healthcare ecosystem, serving local communities, national and international visitors, and the growing potential of health tourism in the Caribbean. Its program combines medical infrastructure with complementary commercial and professional spaces, creating a forward-looking environment focused on service, accessibility, and long-term value.
The result is a modern and versatile development that connects healthcare, business, and hospitality in one strategic destination, positioning the project as a landmark for medical services and mixed-use urban development in the region.
