The Hokchi Energy corporate offices in Mexico City were conceived as a flexible workplace environment for administrative, collaborative, and operational teams.

Located in Polanco, the project organizes approximately 571 m² of office space through a balanced combination of open workstations, enclosed offices, meeting rooms, phone booths, co-working areas, training spaces, coffee points, and dining facilities. The layout was designed to support different work dynamics while optimizing circulation, visual control, acoustic privacy, and daily operational efficiency.

The proposal integrates corporate functionality with a contemporary workplace language, combining collaborative areas with focused workspaces and support zones. The result is an efficient and adaptable office environment aligned with the needs of a growing energy company.
