A boutique residential building located in Coogee, one of Sydney’s most recognized coastal neighborhoods. The project is developed over five levels, combining contemporary architecture, clean lines, generous balconies, and a careful relationship between indoor living, natural light, and the surrounding urban landscape.

The design is defined by simple volumes, horizontal planes, and a restrained material palette, where concrete, glass, light tones, and dark accents create a balanced and elegant expression. The balconies and terraces act as natural extensions of the living areas, providing privacy, outdoor space, and a strong visual connection with the coastal environment.

The interiors were conceived with a minimalist and functional approach: open-plan living areas, integrated kitchens, large glazed openings, refined bathrooms, and neutral finishes that enhance brightness, comfort, and spatial continuity.

The project seeks to balance urban density, residential quality, and contemporary comfort, offering a discreet, elegant, and efficient architectural response suited to the coastal character of Coogee.
